We’re Hiring: Project Development & Research Officer!

Connecting Communities in Berkshire (CCB) is an independent charity working to build strong, resilient communities across the county. We’re looking for someone passionate about rural issues to join our team.

Location: Berkshire (hybrid working available)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Closing Date: 5pm, Thursday 30th October

This role supports our 21st Century Community Halls programme, helping village halls and community buildings thrive. You’ll lead on project development, research, funding bids, and stakeholder engagement.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in community development or social sciences
  • A confident communicator and analytical thinker
  • Passionate about rural communities and social impact
  • Able to travel to rural locations (car insured for business use required)
