Job purpose
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will lead our key direct delivery programme areas to achieve their goals, ensuring accurate monitoring of impact, and driving the development of each programme in line with our learning. Accountable for reporting to senior management, the Trustees, and other stakeholders.
You will be committed to supporting our delivery teams to bring out the best in them, and to learn from their experiences in order to guide strategic development of our programmes. You will also represent the organisation to external stakeholders, securing new opportunities locally and nationally.
- Responsible to: Chief Executive
- Staff Supervised: Centre Managers and Strategic leadership for Family Support Workers
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Person specification
- At least 5 years of operations leadership experience.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills. You will have experience of people management, and be a confident manager.
- A driven person, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and making them a reality.
- An outstanding communicator (written and verbal).
- Knowledge and skills in Early Years practice – ideally direct experience of managing a setting.
- Knowledge of regulations and legal compliance.
- Computer proficient.
