PACT is one of the UK’s leading independent adoption charities, placing children with secure, loving families, providing specialist therapeutic support.
Our Adoption Panel Members consider applications from those wishing to become adoptive parents. We are seeking Panel Members with an understanding of the adoption process from professional/personal experience to ensure our panel makes fair, informed recommendation outcomes to a high standard.
Time commitment-approximately 4-6 days/year to attend panel, payment rate of £200 per panel, plus reasonable travel/other expenses.
Attending 2 training sessions/year is required, travel expenses covered.
You’ll have excellent interpersonal skills, efficiency in time management, understanding/commitment to confidentiality, willingness to increase knowledge/understanding of adoption.
