Fixed term 10 months, PT 22.5 hours per week.
Based in Reading with hybrid flexible working arrangements available (within Mon-Fri, 8.30am-5pm)
This role is key to ensuring that secure and reliable ICT services are provided for colleagues, enabling them to carry out work to deliver important services to many women, children and families.
As the first point of contact you will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of end users are met by overseeing the provision of outsourced ICT support from suppliers to agreed service levels, also providing in-house software deployment and support of Microsoft 365 solutions and ensure compliancy with IT policies and procedures.
Also working closely with the IT Operations Manager delivering IT change projects and end user education.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled communicator, capable of translating technical language for end users and suppliers and proactively building effective working relationships. You must be able to work independently, be well organised and be good at problem solving.
You will have proven technical competency in Microsoft 365, including (but not limited to) End Point Management, Purview, SharePoint Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration Understanding of Security groups, conditional Access and Exchange.
