- Lead on the identification and progression of income-generating activities, working with colleagues to raise funds & enable the delivery of our charitable services.

- Leading to making connections that increase the growth of our Training, Education and Consultancy work.
- Overseeing the fundraising & philanthropy teams to help strengthen Thrive’s financial sustainability.
- Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Engagement to help us reach new audiences/grow our impact.

Requirements
- A proven track record in leading business development through B2B contracts in the charity sector or overseeing a successful fundraising team.
- Someone who progresses work, an excellent communicator & collaborator, skilled in building sustainable partnerships that add value.
