Head of Business Development – closing date 20 September 2024

We have an exciting opportunity for a new Head of Business Development.

With a growing awareness of the benefits of time in nature and gardening we want to realise opportunities to grow our impact.

This role will lead on the identification and progression of income generating activities, working with colleagues to raise funds and enable the delivery of our charitable services.

You’ll have a key role in making connections that lead to the growth of our Training, Education and Consultancy work.
You’ll oversee our fundraising and philanthropy teams, guiding our skilled managers and teams as they work to strengthen Thrive’s financial sustainability.

You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Engagement to help us reach new audiences and grow our impact.

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in leading business development through B2B contracts in the charity sector or have been overseeing a successful fundraising team. You’ll be someone who progresses work, an excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled in building sustainable partnerships that add value.
