Fundraising Officer – closing date 15 June 2026

Thrive’s vision is that gardening is actively encouraged as part of personal health and wellbeing management and Social & Therapeutic Horticulture (STH) services are available wherever people live.

Join Thrive as a Fundraising Officer and play a hands-on role in growing income, increasing regular giving, delivering integrated campaigns, and building meaningful supporter relationships. Working across a range of fundraising activities, you’ll create compelling supporter communications, develop
strong cases for support, and help deliver impactful campaigns that drive sustainable income growth.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early fundraising or marketing experience who is ready to take ownership, develop their skills quickly, and see the direct impact of their work. We’re looking for a proactive and creative individual with strong content development skills, a data-driven approach, and a commitment to continually improving fundraising performance, systems, and processes.
