Job Purpose:
- Plan project scope, Manage delivery and Report on the effectiveness of the assigned project(s)
- To provide direct links with local schools, businesses, local authorities and networks to develop, motivate and inspire acceptance for all LGBT+ people and stamp out homophobia both within and external to the LGBT+ community.
- Deliver value for money ensuring continued support and funding.
- Deliver training, support, advice and guidance to our organisations on how to improve the landscape for LGBT+ People of Colour
- Work with other LGBT+ charities to implement change
- Identify and implement improvements for the benefit of Queer People of Colour (QPoC)
- Effectively liaise with Education, Business, Networking and Youth champions to deliver a message of acceptance
- Escalate homophobic abuse/complaints and ensure successful resolution of client concerns
Salary
£22,800 – £26,000 pa (Pro-rated to £9,152 – £10,400) for 16 hours pw
