Fundraising Manager – closing date 15 November 2021

RABBLE Theatre Company is one of the South’s leading, producing theatre companies. We produce four large scale productions a year, alongside running a broad and successful education department.

As we approach our tenth anniversary, we are now looking for a Fundraising Manager to join us for this new chapter of the RABBLE story.

The Fundraising Manager is a new position and will work closely with the Artistic and Executive Director and the General Manager, playing a key role within the Senior Management Team. Currently RABBLE’s senior team are each responsible for different fundraising activities. This new role will oversee and coordinate all of our core fundraising by writing and leading on grant applications and helping to implement a fundraising strategy to meet RABBLE’s income targets.

RABBLE is looking for someone to work with the team 4 days each week on a continuing basis, however with plans to expand the fundraising team over the next 5 years there is real potential for the role to become full time. RABBLE is committed to offering flexible working and is open to considering this position as a job share.
