You will support the organisation in maintaining its finances, monitoring payroll and overseeing accounting systems along with supporting other quality monitoring of key services deliverables.
The role will at all times contribute to the promotion of wellbeing within the organisation and with local partners.
We are looking for someone who has a bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), with proven experience in finance and administrative roles (preferably within the non-profit/charity sector) and who holds an accountancy qualification (or be part qualified).

This role will require:
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and budgeting
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (particularly Excel) - Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of charity regulations and SORP requirements is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of mental health related difficulties and their impact
- High degree of self-awareness and willingness to learn within a team environment.
- Hours: 15 hours per week over 3 days (some evening and weekend work will be required)
- Working Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
