We are seeking a competent and knowledgeable Engagement and Recovery Worker to complement the existing team and support the daily operations and development of the service. You should have an understanding of a range of interventions, including conducting assessments, case and prescription management, psycho-social key work interventions, group work facilitation, and partnership working.

You will also have an understanding of electronic recording systems, data management, working to deadlines and completing and reviewing care plans, and other essential intervention tools and documents.

A working knowledge and a complete understanding of the treatment and recovery agenda is preferable both within drug and alcohol services and in the wider community.
