PACT has successfully secured Ministry of Justice funding to deliver an exciting partnership project until the end of March 2020.
This is a pivotal project aimed at supporting female offenders (and women at risk of offending) with current domestic abuse support needs, and reducing re-offending. You will be working with partner organisations, such as the police and Elizabeth Fry, by sharing information, meeting KPIs, reporting and developing the project.
You will succeed if you have experience in supporting female offenders and women experiencing domestic abuse, as well having excellent connections with BAME communities to help remove potential barriers to engagement. You will also need to be organised and have strong administrative skills in order to meet reporting and evidencing requirements.
This would be an ideal opportunity for someone wishing to take ownership of, and lead, a prestigious project and drive it forward, with a small team, and to ensure that a clear focus on the outcomes for female offenders is retained.
