Part time : Permanent post (approx. 5hrs per week ) as well as a Bank /Relief worker to provide holiday and sickness relief

Our groups are based on the Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) model, supporting older people living with mild to moderate dementia.

• If you’re confident, enjoy meeting new people and are interested in providing meaningful activities for people affected by dementia, then we’d love to hear from you!
• Our groups provide a welcoming and supportive space for people affected by dementia to engage in activities, socialise with others and get support and information.
• This role would suit someone with experience or knowledge of dementia , e.g. a healthcare/therapy practitioner, someone working in dementia care.
• And/or has a training background
• Training would be provided for the MCST programme
