If so, we have an exciting opportunity based at our Reading regional centre, to manage the delivery of our high quality and effective STH programmes.

Thrive is a national charity that uses gardening to change lives. We’re looking for a Client and Garden Manager to provide line management and operational support to the Reading team of STH practitioners.

In this highly varied role, the successful candidate will also utilise their experience, skills, and knowledge to provide overall management of the centre, ensuring implementation and compliance of required health and safety standards, contribute input to annual plans and budgets and support collation of data to provide measurement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
