Beneficiary Services Co-Ordinator

Fixed Term contract until End August 2025 with the possibility this may be extended.

We are a small, local based charity dedicated to making a difference in our community. We are currently seeking a passionate and organized individual to join our team as a Beneficiary Services Co-Ordinator for 3 days (21 hours) a week. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating services for our beneficiaries, ensuring their needs are met with care and efficiency.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact to those we support.

Ideally you will have some previous experience assisting and supporting adults who require extra support into work and have had some experience supporting those with a range of mental health issues.

You will have good IT skills, we use office 365 which is cloud based.

You will be non judgmental and able to cope with those displaying challenging behaviour appropriately and be resilient.

You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written and will be able to communicate clearly to a wide range of stakeholders’ including our partners, clients and employers.
