BB4K Service Lead and Support Worker – closing date 27 August 2026

Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) is a lifeline for children healing from the trauma of domestic abuse and we’ve expanded our service into Oxfordshire.

We’re recruiting a Service Lead and a Support Worker on fixed term contracts to support children/families on their healing journey.

BB4K Service Lead
Full-time–37 hours/week, weekdays
Oxford/Reading base, frequent travel. Casework across Oxfordshire.
Salary:£35,502-£43,389 per annum

BB4K Support Worker
Part-time–18.5 hours/week, weekdays.
Oxford base with frequent travel. Casework across Oxfordshire
Salary:£13,254-£16,199 pro-rata (FTE £26,508-£32,397)

The Service Lead will support children and families affected by domestic abuse through outreach support, group work and one-to-one sessions, while leading a team of Support Workers, coordinating activities, ensuring effective service delivery and managing caseloads.

The Support Worker will assess family needs, provide outreach support, deliver group work for children and parents, and offer one-to-one support to those most in need.

Successful candidates will have an understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on children and families. The Service Lead will also have professional expertise, relevant social care or childcare qualifications and experience managing teams, stakeholders and community-based groupwork programmes.
