We are looking for a FT Assistant Key Worker to join our Womens Community project.

Position: Womens Community Project Assistant Key Worker
Location: Reading, requires travel Berkshire, Oxford City, South Oxfordshire

About the role:
You’ll support our services through group work, assessments, referrals, holding a small case load of women providing one-to-one support work. Also:
- Working as an integral part of our team contributing to service delivery
- Adopt a trauma informed, non-judgmental approach, complete initial assessments, understand needs to agree a programme of support across rehabilitative pathways
- Facilitate/deliver appropriate drop-ins/group-based support work
- Enabling development within this area of work through various learning opportunities.
About you:
- Previous experience of support work for people experiencing multiple disadvantages
- Interested in supporting people in/at risk of entering, the criminal justice system with an understanding of resilience/trauma.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn/develop skills, knowledge/experiences within the role.
