The RAB Activities Programme gives people living with sight loss opportunities to have fun and socialise with other people with sight loss whilst participating in activities that might not otherwise be available to them.
The Activities Manager is responsible for continued successful delivery of the existing programme and for gathering and using service user feedback to improve and expand our offer.
The Activities Manager line manages and schedules our minibus driver team and is responsible for supervising volunteers. The ideal candidate would have experience (either paid or voluntary) of supervising volunteers.
The Activities Manager needs to be at Walford Hall from 9am-2pm on Tuesdays and Fridays during term time (the clubs does not take half-term breaks). The remaining hours can be worked flexibly, either on site or from home.
All our record-keeping and most of our internal communications are digital, so strong IT skills are essential.
