4ME Activity Service, Senior Support Worker – now closed

Do you want to work with people who will make you laugh every day and support them to do exciting activities in the community like canoeing, basketball, yoga, dancing, crafting or just visiting lovely places?

We are seeking a Senor Support Worker for our 4ME Activity Service, where no two days are the same.

We will support you to gain a professional qualification at no cost to you.

As a Senior Support Worker you will be helping our members get the most out of their day and take part in a range of activities in our club room or out and about in the community.

The Senior Support Worker will have responsibility to lead on their designated days and plan and run activities to deliver a safe service.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being a big part of a small team, has a positive approach to work and is calm and non-judgmental.

Ideal candidates will also have experience of working with people with learning disabilities, together with an understanding of their changing needs in the community or in a caring role with other vulnerable people.
