Inspiring keynote speakers, workshops, presentations and exhibition stands feature in this not-to-be-missed conference, all designed to support your work with children and young people.

Keynote speakers are Dr Luke Beardon, award-winning autism expert and author of multiple books about autism, and Dr Dimitri Gavriloff who specialises in behavioural sleep medicine. In his talk Adolescent Sleep: Time to Wake Up? he’ll explain how sleep works, why it’s so important to mental health and how to protect it.

Workshop subjects are wide-ranging and will be delivered by a variety of organisations working to support the mental health and wellbeing of our young people including Citizens Advice, Samaritans, Soulscape, No 5, Reading FC Community Trust, Safe and Sport in Mind, Brighter Futures for Children and NHS Berkshire Healthcare Children, Young People and Families Service
