You’re Invited to RCLC’s 2026 Annual General Meeting
Reading Community Learning Centre warmly invites our learners, members, partners, supporters and friends to join us for our 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Time: 11:30am–1:00pm
Venue: Quakers Meeting House, Church Street, Reading, RG1 2SB
Our AGM is an opportunity to come together, reflect on another busy year at RCLC and celebrate what we have achieved with the women and families we support.
During the meeting, we will present our 2025/26 Annual Report and Accounts, share highlights from the past year and look ahead to RCLC’s future. We are also delighted that the Right Worshipful Mayor of Reading, Councillor Paul Gittings, will welcome guests at the start of the meeting.
Most importantly, we will hear directly from some of our learners and volunteers, who will share their experiences and what RCLC has meant to them. Following the meeting, everyone is warmly invited to stay and enjoy a buffet lunch together.
RCLC members will be able to vote in the Trustee elections and other formal business. Membership is free and open to everyone. If you would like to become a member, please contact Hema Sundhararajan at hema@rclc.org.uk.
