Creativity, Care and Mental Health, a free cross-sector conference at the University of Reading on Thursday 5 November 2026
We are bringing together everyone who works with women*, mothers, children or families to look at how art and creativity can shape our mental health and wellbeing.
Whether your experience is in health, maternity, mental health, social care, family support, community work, arts, culture or creative practices of all kinds, we would love you to join us as we ask:
What are we going to do about maternal mental health?
This is an Open Space event, so you bring the questions, challenges and ideas that matter to you, and together we create the agenda.
Thursday 5 November | 9.30am–2.30pm
University of Reading, London Road Campus
Free, with lunch provided
Download the flyer for more information and book your free place here
Please do share this widely with colleagues and networks who should be part of the conversation.
*When we use the term ‘mother or ‘women’ we refer to anyone who identifies as a mother, or as a woman or non-binary carer, whether through pregnancy, birth, adoption, fostering, kinship care or as a co-mother.
