Disasters Emergency Committee: Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal

The Disasters Emergency Committee brings together 15 leading UK aid charities, raising funds to quickly and effectively respond to overseas disasters.

Both the Reading Ukrainian Club and the British Red Cross have too many clothing donations and Reading Ukrainian club are suggesting that clubs and communities hold a jumble sale and send the money to the British Red Cross: donate.redcross.org.uk/appeal/ukraine-crisis-appeal. The Mayor of Reading’s appeal for Ukraine

The Mayor of Reading,  Councillor Rachel Eden has launched an appeal for financial donations to the Reading Ukrainian Community Centre to help them support people caught up in the conflict.
