Reading’s Continuum of Help and Support has been updated to reflect developments in local services, partnerships and support pathways since the previous Threshold Document was published. These briefing sessions will introduce the updated guidance, highlight key changes, and support practitioners to confidently identify needs, understand available support, and help children, young people and families access the right support at the right time.
