Created in partnership with 7 Active Partnerships, Project500 is a campaign to address the imbalance in the number of male to female coaches, leaders and volunteers creating a more diverse workforce to drive the growth of female participation in sport.
Get Berkshire Active, alongside our Berkshire Project500 Champions Angela, Morgan and Anisha, have a vision to bring together a network of females and create a community of support, learning and general togetherness!
By signing up, you will have access to:

- Subsidised training courses and workshops
- Access to women’s coaching bursaries (eligibility criteria applies)
- Access to a women’s coaching network and associated events
- Access to blogs, resources and information specifically for females in coaching, leading or volunteering

What you can offer Project500:
- Write a blog about your experiences as a female in coaching, leading or volunteering
- Be a social media ambassador and share Project500 with your own networks
- Offer sports specific training to female only cohorts
- Offer non-sports specific training to female cohorts (anything to boost skills!)
- Recruit females to join our movement!
