‘Our Domain’, a new public art project for Reading, is just beginning.

Crossmark are inviting artists, local organisations and community groups to work together to design a three dimensional public art piece for a new residential development in Reading.

The project launches on 13 October at Reading Biscuit Factory and, if you’re interested in participating, we’re hope you’ll join us. There will be a second pre-application event at the development site in November (date TBC).

The project launch is on Wednesday 13 October, 5.30pm to 8pm, at Reading Biscuit Factory.

Please register to attend so we can plan for numbers.

Our project launch will be an informal event, with opportunities to:

• Explore the project theme, Our Domain
• Meet potential project partners and discuss ideas
• Meet the project team and ask questions
• Enjoy Reading’s newest venue, Reading Biscuit Factory.

All are welcome. If you’re a Reading-based artist, if you work with a local organisation or group that might be interested in participating, or if you simply want to find out more, we hope you’ll join us for a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

Any potential applicants or participants are particularly encouraged to attend, and there will be opportunities to discuss the application process with members of the Mentoring Team/Selection Panel.
