Getting to know your Bump is a new group for expectant mums who want to strengthen the bond with their unborn baby. Expectant mums will learn new and enjoyable ways to ‘play’ with their unborn baby and can share these fun, interactive ideas to increase their partner and family members to feel involved in the pregnancy.

This is a great opportunity to meet new friends in a safe, socially distanced, face-to-face environment. All our staff have been vaccinated, take twice weekly lateral flow tests and adhere to social distancing.

The group runs on Mondays 11-12pm from Southcote Children’s Centre, 85 Coronation Square RG30 3QP and you can travel to us on both the Yellow 26 or Lime 2/2a bus route.
