BHFT’s Psychologically Informed Consultation and Training (PICT) Team is offering free places on their training programme to any VCS staff or volunteer active in Berkshire.
Our specialist team have expertise in working with people who have complex emotional needs which may be associated with a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), also known as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). This is typically characterised by difficulties in regulating emotions, which may be associated with self-harm or impulsive behaviours, and ongoing difficulties in building trusting relationships.
We offer consultation, training and support to community and inpatient settings, and to Primary Care Networks across Berkshire. We also provide training to partner agencies including emergency services, placement providers and voluntary sector services.
