Leadership Lighthouses: Berkshire is an upcoming fully funded leadership development programme for social purpose leaders working across Berkshire.

This programme has been designed to support leaders from global majority and ethnically diverse communities to strengthen their leadership skills, expand their networks, and increase their influence within the sector. It offers a valuable opportunity to invest in your personal and professional development while contributing to stronger, more representative leadership across Berkshire.

Leadership Lighthouses Berkshire is part of the wider Leadership Lighthouses series, which will include nine other fully funded leadership development programmes across England over the next three years, building a network of more than 250 leaders.

Developed in partnership with a steering group, safeguarding lead and locally connected facilitator, the programme will bring together leaders from across Berkshire to strengthen leadership skills, build peer relationships and support long-term impact in communities.

The programme will bring together local leaders who are creating change in their communities to:

  • Develop supportive peer relationships
  • Explore practical ways to sustain and grow their impact
