We are seeking a volunteer to oversee the financial management of Reading Pride
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain fixed asset and stock registers
- To oversee all cash-flow activities including invoicing and cash-reconciliation, utilising the Xero online accounting system
- To produce the annual statement of accounts
- To ensure appropriate documentation is filed to comply with all relevant legislation
- Plan and implement financial strategies and annual budgeting in conjunction with the CEO
- Develop and monitor appropriate procedures for financial management within Reading Pride
- Support managing committee members in budget-setting and compliance for individual teams
- Maintain accurate records of customers and suppliers
