This role is one of the main points of contact for all visitors, a true ambassador for PACT. The volunteer receptionist will provide a professional, warm, friendly and efficient reception service at PACT’s head office, No.7 Southern Court, Reading.
Reception duties include answering the phone and the door, re-directing calls and organising the post. This role often takes on adhoc projects from around the business so volunteers feel very much part of PACT’s mission.
This role would suit a reliable and flexible person. It is expected that volunteers who apply for this role are able to join the team for a minimum of three months.
