Shift Youth + Community are seeking an experienced fundraiser to join our team.

You will find potential funders interested in funding our work – individuals, businesses, trusts and government bodies, and so on. You will then make the best pitch to them using their preferred format. Your aim is to secure medium to long term funding that will cover staff salaries and stipends.

We are looking for someone who is great with detail, doesn’t mind filling in forms, good at communicating and is able to share the big story. We need someone who is comfortable communicating within the business world to people who want to know that something is worth investing in.

For this role we would like someone who has experience in grants and trusts fundraising, or something with similar skills, which can show us that you have the ability to persuade and influence people to get involved.
