We are looking for a reliable volunteer to assist with team administration. This will involve the set-up of team meetings which are held monthly and taking the minutes. You will be liaising with other team members to form the meeting agenda and chase up outstanding tasks. You may also be supporting Advocates with general administration.

This role would be perfect for someone with previous office administration experience, however full training will be provided, so would also suit someone willing to learn new skills.

We need you to be able to manage your own diary around team meetings and provide 1-3 hours of your time per week. Although we can offer some flexibility in working time, due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who can commit to 6 months or longer voluntary service.
