The finance team at PACT provides a comprehensive service to all those involved with PACT: staff, contractors, partner organisations, suppliers, volunteers.
This varied role will assist the team with a variety of administrative tasks including assisting with credit control to enable the team to continue to deliver an efficient and professional service.
You will get involved in all things finance administration including and not subject to:
– Making telephone calls and emails to resolve outstanding payments to PACT
– Record payments in relevant database and system
– General administrative tasks including writing emails, drafting standard letters, making telephone calls, photocopying and scanning etc.
