YMCA Reading is really good at what it does, but our problem is nobody knows we are doing it…

YMCA Reading delivers a 40 bed supported housing project to the most vulnerable and challenging young people living in our town but…..not enough people know about it.

We are proud to say we have a Play Café with free soft play, open 5 days a week (and looking to expand), which serves great food at amazing prices, but…..not enough people know about it.

We have a brand new Pre-School, offering excellent Early Years Education to 2-4 year olds. It is beautifully set up and resourced with a huge variety of toys and learning activities and a dedicated and experienced staff team but…..not enough people know about it.

In the digital world within which we are all in now, we do not have the skills in our current staff team or time to dedicate to marketing and promoting our work effectively.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person to come and join us where it will be their role to get our good news, opportunities and events communicated to the people through the magic of digital media.

Facebook, Twitter and Instagram could all be our friend but we just don’t have the knowledge in using them to their potential.
