Stewarding / Event Support volunteers needed for A Different World Festival in RG4
A Different World Festival is a music festival for adults and young people with additional needs.
On Friday 3rd August we are in need of people to help set up the site. This includes laying out the site and putting up lots of gazebos and tables etc and putting out some signage. We will be onsite from 8.00 a.m.
On Saturday 4th August we need people to help with signage, putting up of flags, banners etc. We also need volunteers to marshall the car park and the site. Many of our festival goers bring carers so the marshalling is not too arduous. It consists mainly of giving directions etc and making sure everyone is safe. We will also need volunteers to man some stalls – bouncy castle, giant games area etc. We will be onsite from 8.00 am until the festival finishes at 9.00 pm.
