A Different World Festival

We are a rock festival for any young person or adult with additional needs. Many people with an additional need cannot access mainstream festivals so, inspired by our teenage son with autism who is desperate to go to Reading Festival but can’t access it, we decided to organise our own.

We will have all the usual festival things but it will be a bit different to allow for a safe and enjoyable environment:  Limited amount of tickets so everyone has space to move, music not uncomfortably loud, no strobe or flashing lights or pyrotechnics, the site will be completely wheelchair accessible, we will have a sensory village, a dog stop for assistance dogs, a wellbeing tent.  This should be an extraordinary event for anyone with an additional need that wants to rock out!!
