Alana House supports women in the community with a range of support needs, and volunteers enhance the service provision and experience for these women at Alana House. We would love to offer yoga to the women who access our services.

This role is suitable for a woman with experience of leading yoga sessions to diverse groups. The ideal person will be comfortable with planning and preparing yoga groups and leading the groups and encouraging participation as well as feedback for development.

The purpose of this role is to lead yoga group sessions for the service users to:

• enable them to have a successful experience of activities
• gain confidence, skills and to build on the Alana House community

Having regard to the nature and context of the work, there is a genuine occupational requirement permitted under the Equality Act 2010 that this post is only available to women.
