We hope to build a hydroelectric scheme on Caversham Wier in Reading and are presently moving towards detailed design and from there to the tender stage and for this we would like some guidance on form of contract and realise that we will need some professional advice, this could be on a pro bono basis.
We will also have some negotiations and legal work in relation to a lease/wayleave or easement with the EA which we anticipate will be very demanding.
