We are looking for someone to assist an editorial team in producing a quarterly 44 page A4 size magazine.
The task is to:
- undertake the design, layout and arrangement of the magazine content in conjunction with the chief editor
- implement proof-reading corrections
- liaise with printer and distributor
Experience with computer publishing programs would be advantageous.
Level of activity will be determined by quarterly schedule and deadlines. Attendance at infrequent editorial panel meetings is desirable, otherwise much of the task can be managed at home or off-site.
Candidates should note that a location move is expected at the end of 2017 to a more central site in Reading. This will not have volunteer car parking, but will have better public transport links.
