Scouting is growing and we are looking for adults who are keen to try new things, have fun and help with our youth section for 14-18 year olds. This youth section is called Explorers and they are great young people who are friendly, fun to be with and eager to try new activities. We need adults to help us provide these fantastic opportunities to local young people. Our leaders are normal people just like you, but by working together they make extraordinary things happen!

Lost Moore Explorers meet on a Monday 7.30-9.30pm at Paddicks Patch in Woodley in term time.

One week you may be rock climbing, the next doing a community service project, the week after taking the young people on a hike to test their navigation skills. What we can guarantee is that no two weeks are the same as the young people do different things each week to earn their badges and awards.

We are open to boys and girls from all faiths, backgrounds and abilities and welcome everyone.

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who would like to support young people aged 14-18yrs to plan and organise an exciting programme of events and activities to build their life skills.

(We are aware that you probably lead busy lives and whether you can make it every week, a fortnight or once a month we will be glad of your support and help!)
