Using digital devices and the internet is now an essential aspect of everyday life, but accessing these important online services requires skills and digital tools that not everyone has. We’ve launched a new Digital Inclusion Fund to help SNG customers and communities gain the skills, confidence and access they may need to fully benefit from online opportunities and services. Grants of between £300 and £1,000 are available for local groups supporting SNG customers to get online and learn and develop their digital skills.

This grant is part of our wider mission of ensuring more customers can benefit from the opportunities technology provides, helping them gain digital skills, confidently use online services, and make the most of tools that make life easier. In the past 12 months, we’ve helped 1,257 customers to grow their online skills through our digital inclusion service, and this funding aims to reach even more customers in all the areas we work in.
