Children, Young People and Families Officer – closing date 19 April 2026

12 month contract (ideally from June 2026)
22.5 hours a week (open to discussing if these are year round or more in school holidays less in term time)
Location: All of Berkshire based from Reading office

The CYPF Officer is a pivotal role managing the programme for visually impaired children/young people under 18 and families across Berkshire. It includes planning/delivering programmes of activities at all levels of sight loss with the aim of building children’s skills, supporting their development so that they can become tomorrow’s independent visually impaired adults.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships with children of all ages and their families, work well both leading their own project and as part of the wider team.
