We have received advance notice from RBC that the following properties/land will be up for sale (disposal) in their upcoming financial year from April 2026:
- Palmer Park Lodge
- Palmer Park former WCs
- Caversham Court Stables
- The Keep, Oxford Road
- Reading Road, Woodley, land at
- Callington Road, land at
- Bridge Street/Church Street, Caversham, land at
- 76 Bath Road, land at rear of
RBC has recently updated its Asset Disposal Policy updated 2025, which also outlines the process for disposals to the VCS.
No further details have been released by RBC as yet in relation to the above properties/land. We will share this with you when they are released to us. We will do this through our news page on our website and also via our e-newsletters. We will also directly circulate to VCS organisations who have opted into our Community Building Network.
