Fundraiser Coordinator – closing date 3 April 2026

We are looking to recruit a committed part time Fundraising Coordinator based at our offices in Reading with the option for hybrid working. This role is responsible for growing sustainable, values-led income for Berkshire Women’s Aid. You will develop and deliver fundraising activity that balances community warmth with strategic ambition — ensuring we can continue and expand our support to survivors. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunity and turning goodwill into long-term support.

For the above vacancy, the ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and comfortable with managing multiple priorities with experience in fundraising either from a paid or voluntary previous role. You will need to be able to build strong relationships and be a confident communicator.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate for this role.
