Connecting the connectors – part 2

Following on from the July Social Prescribing Forum, we will continue exploring ‘what good looks like’ in connecting local people to the support they need to improve their health and wellbeing. The Forum will include:

• Introductions and networking time

• Overview of issues raised at the July SP Forum and actions taken since then

• Small groups workshop on how we connect today, and what’s needed to make the best offer to local people

• Notices, updates, news etc
