Complex Cases Outreach Worker/Senior Outreach Worker (Reading) – closing date open

We are looking to recruit a committed Complex Cases Outreach Worker or Senior Outreach Worker. The post is based primarily in Reading but may involve working across all BWA areas. We are looking for a candidate who has established experience in one of the following fields: domestic abuse, substance use, mental health, homelessness support, social work, criminal justice or supporting clients with suicidal ideation. Your role is to work in a multidisciplinary way to empower our clients, keeping the safety of them and their children central to our interventions. We are looking for an individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building strong relationships with a wide range of professional agencies.

Please note, only one role is available. BWA can consider recruiting to a Senior Outreach Worker post for candidates with established experience in the domestic abuse sector, such as an IDVA qualification.

An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate for this role.
