Our Communications and Engagement team are looking for a Digital Hub Assistant to help transform lives through our unique online support and information services.

Location:Reading/Hybrid, at least one day/week in Reading office
Contract:Permanent
Hours:P/T 21 hrs/week over 5 days (Mon-Fri)
The role:
You’ll provide efficient support for two digital hub services: CATCH – Children and Trauma Community Hub for adopters, special guardians, foster carers and professionals, and Bounce – providing domestic abuse support for our service users.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring digital hub inboxes: responding to login requests, supporting our service users if they experience access issues
- Delivering great customer experience
- Maintaining positive relationships with digital hub partners, working with Communications and Engagement team
- Provide information reporting, data analytics
About you:
As Digital Hub Assistant, you’ll:
- Demonstrate great customer service experience, positively promoting PACT
- Communicate clearly to others with varying levels of technical skills
- Produce work with a high accuracy, attention to detail
- Be adept at organising, proactive in managing a busy workload
