We have large premises which are used by a number of community and church groups. Your role will be to facilitate the hire of the premises and liaise with the cleaning team, the volunteer maintenance group and manage the relationship with a number of contracted companies who provide services for us. You will also need to produce invoices every month for hirers using an accounting software package (Xero, for which training will be available).
Currently the role is carried out over 18 hours per week. Hours can be worked flexibly, in agreement with your line manager, but should include at least one office based shift. You do not need to be a church member, but you will need to be in sympathy for faith based groups.
Salary £14.00 per hour.
