Mentoring Manager – closing date 22 April 2022

This role is an exciting opportunity to work within a young but growing charity and help shape how it operates and the impact that has. This role is ideally suited to a self-starter who is comfortable working within an open and fast-moving environment.

The main purpose of the role is to establish and manage a new initiative to recruit volunteer mentors centrally to Chapter2 (current working model is to mentor in partnership), a significant step in the growth of the charity and ideal for a high-capacity, strategic thinker with lots of personal drive.

This is a part-time role of 3 days-per-week but we would consider a full time position for an individual that has high development potential that could also assume the responsibilities of the Office Manager position posted alongside this position. The role includes some out-of-office hours (weekend and evening) work.

As a charity with a Christian ethos the projects we generate are inspired by our faith and therefore, under the Equality Act 2010, this post has an occupational requirement to be a Christian.
